The open-plan living area has a double-height ceiling, a large arched window, striking wall art and colourful accents. A black kitchen opens onto a dining area with a large wooden table suitable for dining and working. The living room is complemented by a mezzanine workspace with a vintage desk and chaise longue.

Both bedrooms have one super-king-size bed. The primary bedroom is on the second level, alongside a bathroom with a shower, and has limited hanging space. The second bedroom is on the entrance level, where a teal-tiled bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. A Nespresso pod machine is provided; the coffee machine pictured is not for guest use. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and television are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. A housekeeper attends once a week.

The apartment has no air conditioning. Fans are provided in every bedroom between May and September; request fans in advance for stays outside that period.

Shoreditch has galleries, street art, live music, shops and restaurants, with markets on Brick Lane. The Barbican is a short walk away. Hoxton, Barbican, Moorgate, Shoreditch High St and Liverpool St stations are nearby.

The first-floor entrance is reached by uncovered external stairs, with no external elevator. The home spans two floors with no internal elevator.
