The townhouse has an open layout with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The living room includes a convertible sectional and a large flatscreen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a Wolf gas range and a Sub-Zero refrigerator, along with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and dining area.

The primary bedroom has a workspace beside bay windows, a flatscreen TV and a walk-in closet. Its private ensuite includes a double vanity, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has a flatscreen TV, workspace and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. An upstairs laundry room contains an in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests have access to three community pools, pool heating, a lava-rock hot tub and shared barbecue areas. The home also has a garden and lanai/balcony. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. One garage parking space is available, with additional street parking in marked areas.
