The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, large windows, upholstered seating and an ocean-view dining area. The interiors and bathrooms have been recently refreshed. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a coffee station, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, plus small appliances including a blender, rice cooker, coffee grinder and food processor. A kitchenette and outdoor kitchen are also available.

The lanai has shaded outdoor dining, a BBQ station and lounge seating overlooking the private, two-foot-deep wade pool. The private yard contains mango, banana and citrus trees.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, ocean views and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and one double in a bunk/trundle arrangement, with mountain views. Guest Bedroom 3 has two double beds, ocean views and lanai access. All three bedrooms have split air conditioning. There are also two shared guest bathrooms.

Facilities include a dedicated home office, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, satellite or cable television, a washer and dryer, a garage and free parking. Beach towels, mats, an umbrella, a cooler and an insulated cooler bag are provided. A pack and play and high chair are available. The home has a private entrance, linens, a hair dryer and an iron. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit and outdoor lighting; security cameras are present.

This is a hosted property under Hawai‘i County Ordinance 2018-114. An onsite caretaker lives in a private apartment above the garage and may assist with property duties. The caretaker is not affiliated with Elite Pacific Properties, LLC powered by Gather.
