The house

The home overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Kailua Bay, with 180° views and lanais on both levels for outdoor dining and lounging. The upper-level great room has vaulted ceilings, a large sectional sofa and sliding glass doors opening to the lanais. Indoor dining and poolside dining are also available.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a center island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender and cooking utensils. A BBQ grill is nearby. The private pool area includes sun loungers, tropical landscaping and an outdoor shower; the lower lanai provides another outdoor seating area.

The primary suite has a California king bed, ocean views, lounge seating and an ensuite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, an ensuite, ocean views and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, an ensuite, a private outdoor shower and a breakfast nook. A bonus room provides a sofa bed and a twin trundle with two twin beds. Split-system air conditioning was added to all sleeping areas in 2025, and ceiling fans provide additional ventilation.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a laundry room with washer and dryer, beach towels, garage and driveway parking, a crib and a pack and play. Beach equipment rentals are available nearby for an additional charge. The upstairs portion has 42-inch doorways and a seamless shower in the primary suite. Aliʻi Drive is five minutes away, with shops, restaurants, farmers markets and nightlife.
