The source discloses an exterior security camera. All guests must provide government-issued ID before check-in. No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana or open flames. Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Smoking or fire violations incur a USD 200 charge per reservation day. Unauthorized guests above capacity incur USD 50 per person per night and may lead to removal without refund. Unauthorized checkout after 11 am incurs USD 50. Pets are not allowed. Stays longer than 30 days require a lease and background check; stays of at least 30 days require a paid mid-stay cleaning on day 15, charged against the security deposit. Excessive cleaning costs extra. No-shows are non-refundable. Food and package deliveries must be collected outside the building or gates. A signed rental agreement is required before arrival. Local residents must contact the host before booking. A damage hold is placed on the credit card two days before arrival and released after checkout; failure to collect it cancels the reservation. Direct-booking cancellations and refunds incur a 4% credit-card fee. For stays of at least 30 days, cancellation refunds are 100% at least 30 days ahead, 50% at 14–29 days and none within 13 days. Returning forgotten items costs USD 75 plus postage.

Getting there

The apartment is on the second floor, and the building has no elevator. Thin walls can allow street, restaurant and neighbor noise to be heard. SOB Restaurant is directly below and operates 11:00–21:00, extending to 22:00 on weekends. Beale Street is a six-minute walk, the National Civil Rights Museum and Orpheum Theater are eight-minute walks, and FedEx Forum is a ten-minute walk. Parking is limited to one assigned space.
