The loft is in Quito's Historic Center, a walkable neighborhood with museums, cafés, bakeries, shops and the Basílica del Voto Nacional nearby. Quito's Mariscal Sucre International Airport is roughly 35–45 minutes away by car.

Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Online check-in and identity verification may be required.
