The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Maximum overnight occupancy is four guests. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The Good Neighbor protection program uses smart-home technology to detect excessive decibel or occupancy levels by monitoring decibels and device presence, not conversations or personal information.
Getting there
The home is north of downtown Palm Springs. Restaurants, attractions and boutiques along Palm Canyon Drive are less than two miles away by car. The home is in a noise-sensitive area.
