A community tennis court is shared with 11 other homes. The interior has hardwood flooring, a bright entrance foyer, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen with a butcher-block island, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a table seating eight. The kitchen and dining area connect to a den with French doors opening onto the backyard patio. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware. The lower level has nine-foot ceilings, an entertainment area, a fitness area with an elliptical and stationary bike, and two bonus rooms. Upstairs sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed and two twin beds; the lower-level sleeping rooms have two twin beds and one double bed. Both master rooms have full ensuite bathrooms, and all six named sleeping rooms have air conditioning. An outdoor shower is also available. Maximum occupancy is eight. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Events of any size, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per reservation night. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If the dates are not rebooked, guests may use their original reservation provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the stay. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In place of a security deposit, the property has damage protection up to $25,000, subject to the booking agreement.
