House rules
No parties, events, venue use or smoking. Pets are not permitted. Children must be supervised in the spa pool at all times. The spa pool cannot be used after 10pm, and its lid must be relocked between uses. The home accommodates up to six guests.
Getting there
The home is within walking distance of Nelson's restaurants and cafes, and has easy access to walking and biking trails. The property is elevated and split-level, with stairs between levels. Parking is limited to possible garage use and space for two vehicles on the driveway.
