House rules
A minimum 29-night rental is required under Oahu zoning. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes and marijuana, are prohibited throughout the property, indoors and outdoors, including balconies, patios and common areas. Violations incur cleaning, deodorizing and repair charges and may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for compliance by their party and visitors. Vehicles that do not fit the assigned parking spaces may result in denial of check-in.
Getting there
The villa has two stories. Sandy beaches and scenic lagoons, including the nearby Ko Olina Lagoons, are within walking reach, along with shops, cafes and dining. Golf courses and shopping centers are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and there is no public or street parking.
