The villa has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with furnished seating and natural light. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker. Sliding doors open onto a spacious lanai for outdoor dining, with garden views and direct access to a large shared lawn.

The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a rear-yard outlook, a flat-screen TV and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 1 has a ceiling fan and TV. Guest Bedroom 2 offers a twin-to-king conversion on request.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and beach gear are provided, along with a starter kit of essentials. There is a private entrance and television with satellite or cable service. A community pool, community hot tub and BBQ cabana are steps away.

Sandy beaches, scenic lagoons, shops, cafes and dining are within walking reach. Golf courses, shopping centers and island eateries are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Stays require a minimum of 29 nights.

Golf courses and shopping centers are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and there is no public or street parking.

A minimum 29-night rental is required under Oahu zoning. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes and marijuana, are prohibited throughout the property, indoors and outdoors, including balconies, patios and common areas. Violations incur cleaning, deodorizing and repair charges and may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for compliance by their party and visitors. Vehicles that do not fit the assigned parking spaces may result in denial of check-in.
