House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited throughout the accommodation, balconies, patios and common areas. Violations incur a penalty and any necessary cleaning, deodorizing or repair charges, and may lead to eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of this policy. HOA quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No resort or parking fees currently apply, subject to change. Inquire if alternate bedding arrangements are needed. Long-term stays are allowed.
Getting there
Ko Olina Station's shops and dining are within walking distance. Lagoon Two offers nearby beaches and water activities. Kapolei Commons and Wet’n’Wild Hawaiʻi are a short drive away. Parking accommodates standard or compact vehicles only; oversized vehicles and large SUVs are not permitted, and there is no public or street parking in the community. A vehicle that does not fit the assigned space may result in refusal of check-in.
