## About the house

This 1,173 sq ft villa accommodates up to six guests. The open-plan living and dining area has coastal décor, comfortable seating, a dining table and sliding glass doors opening toward the garden. The private lanai has outdoor dining space surrounded by tropical landscaping.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, an island and breakfast bar, cookware, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker and ice machine.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV and generous closet. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 3 has a double bed. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and garden views. Additional bedding is available.

The gated community provides a shared lagoon-style pool, hot tub, shaded BBQ cabana and walking paths a short stroll away. In-home amenities include central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, smart TVs, cable or satellite television, linens, a hair dryer, iron, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Starter shampoo, dish soap and detergents are supplied. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Ko Olina Station's shops and dining are within walking distance. Lagoon Two offers beaches and water activities nearby; Ko Olina Golf Course and marina charters are also nearby. Kapolei Commons and Wet’n’Wild Hawaiʻi are a short drive away.

Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited throughout the accommodation, balconies, patios and common areas. Violations incur a penalty and any necessary cleaning, deodorizing or repair charges, and may lead to eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of this policy. HOA quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No resort or parking fees currently apply, subject to change. Inquire if alternate bedding arrangements are needed. Long-term stays are allowed.
