House rules
Monthly rental with a minimum stay of 29 or 30 nights. Electricity usage up to $500 per month is included; guests pay for excess usage. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Children are welcome.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Ko Olina’s lagoons, local shops, cafés and casual dining are within walking reach. Other beaches, golf courses and nightlife are a short drive away. Parking is limited to one assigned space for a standard or compact vehicle; oversized vehicles may not fit. No street or public parking is available within the community.
