The villa has an open living and dining area with natural light, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher. Additional kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker. A private lanai has outdoor seating for dining and relaxing.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 2 has one bunk bed. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full-size washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, and television with satellite or cable service are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi is available.

Shared community facilities include a pool and hot tub. Ko Olina offers lagoons, dining, shopping, spa services, golf and scenic walking paths. The lagoons, local shops, cafés and casual dining are within walking reach; other beaches, golf courses and nightlife are a short drive away.

This is a monthly vacation rental with a minimum stay of 29 or 30 nights. One assigned parking space accommodates standard or compact vehicles.
