The house

The townhome accommodates up to four guests and has an open living and dining layout, plush seating, a smart TV and large windows. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous cabinetry and a breakfast bar seating two, along with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker. A private lanai overlooks the community garden and sunset skies; a private yard is also available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, garden views and an ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, with an adjacent full bathroom. A downstairs powder room is available.

Facilities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, an in-unit washer and dryer, a community pool, community hot tub and a fitness room. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and cooler are provided. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Other amenities include linens, a hair dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, a pack and play, heating, a bathtub, satellite or cable TV and a BBQ.

Ko Olina lagoons, shoreline walking paths, local cafés, shops and The Monkeypod Kitchen are within walking distance. Ko Olina Golf Club and water activity rentals are a short drive away. A car is necessary. The home is available exclusively to the renter for a full 30-day period.
