House rules
Monthly rental with a minimum rental period of 29 nights; the full monthly charge applies regardless of stay length. Electricity usage is capped at $500 per month, and guests are responsible for any excess. For stays of six months or more, guests cover electricity, cable, phone and internet costs. Grills are not permitted on private lanais. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including lanais and common areas. Children are welcome.
Getting there
The villa is arranged over two stories. Ko Olina lagoons, scenic resort pathways and select dining options are within walking distance. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated.
