Hillside Villas 1496-3 accommodates four guests in a king primary bedroom and a queen guest bedroom. The primary bedroom has a large window overlooking the rear yard, a flat-screen TV and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV.

The open-plan living and dining area has plantation shutters, ceiling fans and a smart TV, with doors opening to the private lanai. The lanai overlooks landscaping and offers ocean, pool and sunset views. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and cooking and dining utensils.

The villa has an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, a private entrance and gated community entry. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television with satellite or cable service, a garage, a community pool and a community hot tub are available. Two free assigned parking stalls accommodate standard or compact vehicles only. Children are welcome.

Ko Olina lagoons, resort pathways and select dining options are within walking distance. Four Seasons Resort and Spa, Aulani Disney Resort, Ko Olina Golf Course, Waikele Premium Outlets, Pearl Harbor and North Shore beaches are described as a short drive away. A car is recommended. Monthly rentals have a minimum stay of 29 nights.

Grills are not permitted on private lanais. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including lanais and common areas. Children are welcome.
