House rules
Monthly rental only, with a minimum 29-night (or 30-day) rental required per Oahu zoning. The full monthly rate applies; prorated stays are not available. Electricity usage is capped at 500 dollars per month, and guests pay any excess. Smoking is prohibited in all interior spaces, lanais and common areas; violations may result in penalties or eviction. Children are welcome.
Getting there
Ko Olina’s lagoons, local shops, dining and coastal paths are within walking distance. Ko Olina Golf Club and additional shopping and dining in Kapolei are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The home spans two stories. Parking is limited to the garage and driveway; oversize vehicles and large SUVs are not permitted, and there is no public or street parking within the community. Guests whose vehicles do not fit may be turned away at check-in.
