The house

The home has leafy gardens, a private swimming pool, poolside seating, a deck with outdoor dining and lounging, and a BBQ. The upper level has ocean and neighbourhood views, full-length glass and a living area with a smart TV, air-conditioning and access to a front balcony. A separate office provides a desk and chair.

The island kitchen has modern appliances, cooking utensils, a microwave and coffee maker. Guests can dine indoors or outside in the garden.

There are four bedrooms with wardrobe storage. The primary bedroom has air-conditioning, a private balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has air-conditioning and a king-sized bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Downstairs there is a toilet and a separate shower, reached through the garage using internal doors. Private laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer.

Parking is available in a three-car garage and on the driveway, with free on-premises and street parking. The beach, Scarness Jetty and the Esplanade's bars, shops and eateries are a 15-minute stroll away. The home has a private entrance, heating, a hair dryer and an iron. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, smoke detector and security cameras.
