The 2,927 sq ft home occupies an elevated homesite overlooking Mt. Waialeale, golf greens and the Pacific Ocean. The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, large glass doors, lounge seating and an adjacent indoor dining area. A modern kitchen provides an island, generous preparation space, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a barbecue.

The expansive lanai has covered outdoor dining and several seating areas beside the private pool. Outdoor facilities include a hot tub, cold plunge, outdoor shower, private yard and garden. A Peloton bike, ping-pong table, televisions and Sonos audio system are available. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are provided.

All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has private lanai access and ocean, mountain and golf views. Guest Bedroom 2 has ocean, golf and water views, balcony/deck access and space for a crib or Pack and Play. Guest Bedroom 3 has garden and mountain views; Guest Bedroom 4 has garden views.

Poipu Beach, Shipwreck Beach, Kiahuna Beach, The Shops at Kukui‘ula, Poipu Farmers Market, public golf courses and South Shore dining are minutes away. Access to the private Kukui‘ula Golf Course and Club amenities is not included.
