The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. A dining area seats two, and a private courtyard provides an outdoor space with greenery.
Upstairs, a second living area has a mini bar with a fridge and facilities for tea, coffee and simple refreshments. The bedroom contains a queen bed, storage and a dedicated workspace; another workstation sits beneath the staircase. The bathroom has a rain shower and freestanding bathtub.
A concealed laundry cupboard contains a washer and dryer. Split-system air conditioning and heating serve the bedroom and downstairs living area. Wi-Fi, books, TV, Pay TV and Netflix are available, along with a hair dryer and iron. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are provided.
