The house

The 2,499-square-foot home occupies a private 10,720-square-foot landscaped lot with fruit and flower trees. It is fully solar-powered with battery backup. A 356-square-foot covered wraparound lanai provides outdoor dining and lounging space with mountain views.

The open-plan living and dining areas include a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, picture windows and Asian maple flooring. The equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, wine fridge, ice maker, small appliances, cookware and utensils, with generous counters and an island.

Two king suites have en suite facilities and custom closets. The main-level suite opens onto the lanai and has dual vanities and a walk-in shower; the upper-level suite has mountain views. The other bedrooms contain two twin beds and a queen bed. The office provides a workspace and a pull-out sofa sleeping two. Split air conditioning is available in all four bedrooms; ceiling fans are provided in the king and queen bedrooms.

Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, Smart TVs, linens, essential toiletries, a pack and play, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and boogie boards are provided. There are two free driveway parking spaces and an EV charger inside the garage. The home has a private entrance, smart lock and self check-in/check-out. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit; security cameras are present.

The home is in Princeville’s Visitor Designated Area, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Queen’s Bath, Princeville Makai Golf Club, Princeville Botanical Gardens and Hanalei Valley Lookout are minutes away. A car is recommended for exploring the island.
