Before you book
House rules
Maximum occupancy is 14 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. An initial non-refundable payment of 30% of the grand total is due at booking, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable once received. For reservations exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays longer than 30 nights are non-refundable, and the reservation team will arrange additional cleaning and process payment. The Guest Assistant Team will provide destination guides and check-in information.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access, steps from the nearest run and a one-minute walk from the private Kadenwood gondola. Creekside Village, Whistler Village and the Excalibur gondola are a short drive away. Blueberry Beach on Alta Lake is nearby. Parking is limited to six cars. Renovations are ongoing through Summer 2027; contact the reservation team for the latest updates.
