High West at the Plaza is a 3,503-square-foot condo with four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The sleeping layout includes two king bedrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bunk room with three twin bunk beds.

The living area has large windows, high ceilings, mountain views and a fireplace. A balcony and private outdoor hot tub provide additional space to relax, while the upper loft serves as a dedicated fitness space.

The kitchen includes cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. Other facilities include a dining table, washer and dryer, television, grill, heating, bed linens, towels and ski storage. Free Wi-Fi, an elevator and garage parking are available.

The condo is a short walk from the free gondola to Telluride. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption during summer; contact the Reservation Team for current updates.

Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details.

Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. An initial payment of 50% is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day cutoff receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays over 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately.

Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
