House rules
No pets, parties or smoking. The minimum check-in age is 18. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time, and submit a passport copy for every guest before arrival. For check-ins after 21:00, a mandatory AED 150 surcharge must be paid in advance, and a GuestReady representative must attend as required by building management; share your arrival time in advance. Evidence of smoking inside incurs a minimum fine of AED 1800. Checkout after 11:00 without prior approval incurs an AED 1800 penalty. Daily housekeeping is optional, on request, for an additional fee. Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before check-in.
Getting there
Construction in the apartment building or surrounding area may cause daytime noise or affect views. Nearby restaurants are a short drive away.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at book.guestready.com.
