House rules

The responsible renter must be at least 25 years old unless unit-specific terms or applicable law establish a different minimum, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the rental. Guests below the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or the maximum of six. Stays are temporary; permanent residence is prohibited. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including porches, decks and outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. An animal-free or allergen-free environment is not guaranteed. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may apply for damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, including unauthorized extra or different pets; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or the actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; and agency, utility or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may lead to removal without a refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Shared amenities are outside Avari's control. Unit-specific terms override general terms, and conflicting booking-channel terms take precedence. The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies.

Getting there

The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The 30A path runs directly in front of the building. Pier Park can be reached by car. Grouper Reef is 970 feet from the Inlet Beach access point.
