The house

High Note & 98 Degrees provides eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, two separate living spaces and two balconies on a lot shared with other units. High Note has a modern interior and a corner balcony overlooking the neighborhood. At 98 Degrees, an open living room has a sectional, and the kitchen includes an island with barstool seating and stainless steel appliances. A desk vanity provides a place to work or get ready. Its covered balcony has lounge seating.

Each home has two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a bunk room with an ensuite bathroom. High Note's primary king bedroom is on the third floor, two flights above the entrance, while its bunk room is on the first floor. At 98 Degrees, the primary king suite has a TV and ensuite bathroom; the second-floor king and queen rooms each have a TV and share a hallway bathroom. Its fourth bedroom has a built-in bunk bed and ensuite bathroom. Beds are supplied with linens, pillows and comforters, and towels are provided.

Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TVs, a patio, kitchen facilities and a washer/dryer are available. A pack 'n play travel crib is available, and a high chair can be requested with at least 24 hours' notice.

Broadway is about a 10-minute drive or rideshare away. Momento Specialty Coffee is diagonally across the street from High Note, about a 90-second walk away. Five Points is minutes away, Highland Yards is about half a mile up the road, and Cleveland Park is nearby. Shelby Bottoms Greenway offers trails along the Cumberland River.
