The house

The home has a minimalist design and a sunlit open-plan living area. Large sliding doors on the upper level open onto a deck with views, and there is also a patio with outdoor seating. The upper-level master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Two additional bedrooms are on the ground level, with a family bathroom and a second lounge providing extra sleeping space. The bedroom bedding configuration comprises one queen bed and two king beds.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, plus dishes and silverware. Oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk and cleaning products are provided. A separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Other facilities include a TV, dining table, bathtub, shower, hot water, iron, body soap and smoke detector.

Linen and towels are provided through a commercial linen company. End-of-stay cleaning includes bathrooms and rubbish removal; guests must leave the home tidy. Unlimited Wi-Fi and a heating/air-conditioning pump are available. Free street parking and off-street parking for three vehicles are available. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Guest numbers can be adjusted until arrival. A Boost Clean service is available on inquiry.
