## About the house

The home accommodates up to 13 guests and has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom across three levels. Level 1 has a den and a patio with the private pool. Level 2 contains a king ensuite and a queen ensuite, both with shower/tub combinations and deck access; a bedroom with two twin beds and deck access; and a bedroom with a double/twin bunk set and a twin/twin bunk set. A separate full bathroom on this level has a shower/tub combination. Level 3 contains a king ensuite with a standing shower and deck access, a half bathroom, the great room, kitchen, dining area and hot tub.

A screened porch, outdoor furniture, charcoal grill and outdoor shower provide outdoor amenities. Recreation includes a pool table, basketball hoop, volleyball, horseshoes, cornhole boards and a children's play area. Bring your own cornhole bags. Streaming devices are available on all televisions. Five beach chairs, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided.

The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and municipal water. Parking accommodates five vehicles. An outdoor street- or driveway-facing security camera is identified among the amenities.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Check-in and check-out are on Sundays. Bring your own bags for the cornhole boards.
