- The villa is oceanfront on 100 feet of sandy beach and iron shore, with backyard snorkeling, a private dock and gentle water entry. Beaches may include ironshore, so fins or pool shoes are recommended. The villa is 30 minutes east of the airport, 15 minutes from the supermarket and 10 minutes from Ocean Frontiers. The optional guest house may be added for a total of 18 guests and is never rented separately during the stay. Additional kayaks are available for discounted rental and require a signed waiver.
