Private oceanfront infinity swimming pool. An outdoor shower is next to the pool.

The villa is oceanfront on 100 feet of sandy beach and iron shore, with backyard snorkeling, a private dock and gentle water entry. Beaches may include ironshore, so fins or pool shoes are recommended. The villa is 30 minutes east of the airport, 15 minutes from the supermarket and 10 minutes from Ocean Frontiers. The optional guest house may be added for a total of 18 guests and is never rented separately during the stay. Additional kayaks are available for discounted rental and require a signed waiver.

The main villa accommodates up to 14 guests and a maximum of 10 adults. No smoking is permitted. No pets are allowed. Guest-services fitness-center use is limited to guests aged 18 and over. Complimentary early check-in may be available when there is no same-day check-out.

## Property questions

## Can the guest house be rented separately?
No. The guest house is never rented separately during the stay.

## Can the optional guest house be added?
Yes. It may be added for an additional charge, bringing the total capacity to 18 guests and 12 adults maximum.

## Are kayaks available?
Two tandem kayaks are available for rent, and additional single or tandem kayaks are available for discounted rental. A signed waiver is required.

## Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed.

## Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is permitted.
