Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events are permitted. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Motorized vehicles may only be used for transportation to and from the house; electric bicycles are allowed. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; no refund is available within 30 days. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
The three-story home is accessed via four entry steps. The mile-long driveway may require all-wheel drive during inclement winter weather. The property has direct riverfront access and direct access to over two miles of groomed trails. Chimney Rock is five miles away; Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure is about a six-mile drive, and Lake Lure Adventure Company is within a nine-mile drive.
