## About the house

The air-conditioned studio accommodates a maximum of two adults and has one king bed, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, an equipped kitchen for basic cooking, a walk-in closet, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen cable TV, a steam iron, white bathroom towels and blue beach towels are provided. Shared complex facilities include an infinity pool, hot tub, sun deck and top-floor fitness center. Reception offers concierge assistance Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Security operates 24 hours, and a manager is on duty for requests or emergencies after reception closes.

The complex infinity pool overlooks Oranjestad Marina and has a tropical deck, poolside loungers and umbrellas. Pool hours are 08:00–21:00.

The studio is on the sixth floor of Harbour House. Renaissance Mall is a short walk away. Divi's nine-hole golf course is 2 miles away. Shopping, dining, casinos, an ATM, a food market and beaches are nearby. Parking is limited to one free space.

Maximum occupancy is two adults. Pets are not allowed. Notify the host if traveling with an infant; a Pack-n-Play and highchair are available for an additional fee. Standard reservation changes or cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before arrival, less bank charges. For arrivals December 17–January 2, contact the operator at least 15 days before arrival; the reservation deposit is refundable less a two-night cancellation fee. Cancellations or shortened stays after the cancellation period incur the full booking charges.
