The house

The approximately 379-square-foot studio accommodates up to two adults and has a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped for basic cooking. Central air conditioning, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a steam iron are provided. Bathroom towels and beach towels are available. Shared complex facilities include an infinity pool overlooking Oranjestad Marina, a hot tub, a sun deck with panoramic views, and a top-floor fitness center. Security operates 24 hours a day, with a manager on duty for requests or emergencies after reception closes.
