The house

The air-conditioned studio has one king bed, a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, an equipped kitchen, cable TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Bathroom towels, beach towels and a steam iron are provided. Shared complex facilities include an infinity pool overlooking Oranjestad Marina, a hot tub, a sun deck with panoramic ocean-front views, and a top-floor fitness center. Security operates 24 hours, and a manager is on duty for requests or emergencies after reception closes. Concierge services are available at reception Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00.
