## About the house

The furnished condo accommodates up to six guests and has an open-plan living and dining area, Smart TV, cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has two full-size beds and access to a second full bathroom. Shared facilities include an infinity pool overlooking Oranjestad Marina, an outdoor hot tub, a sun deck and a top-floor fitness center. White bathroom towels, blue beach towels, a hair dryer, a washer and dryer, and a steam iron are provided. Reception offers concierge services Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Security operates 24 hours, with a manager on duty for requests or emergencies after reception closes.

Maximum occupancy is six guests, with a stated maximum of six adults. Pets are not allowed. Notify the team in advance if bringing an infant; a Pack-n-Play is available. A highchair is available for an optional fee. The fitness center is open daily 06:00–22:00. Reservations may be changed or canceled up to 14 days before scheduled arrival, less bank charges. For arrivals December 17–January 2, contact is required at least 15 days before arrival; the reservation deposit is refunded less a two-night cancellation fee. Cancellations or shortened stays after the cancellation period incur the full booking charges.
