The condo accommodates six guests and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, double bed, twin bed and bunk bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Central air conditioning, a thermostat, cable TV, high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and two bikes are available. The private balcony overlooks the on-site pool.
The nearest beach access is less than a mile away. Seaside is three miles away, Rosemary Beach is five miles away, and Panama City airport is a 27-mile drive. Easily accessible sidewalks allow walking or cycling to many nearby places. Old Florida Fish House is across the street, with live music, shopping and family activities. Deer Lake State Park offers picnic tables.
Construction at Heron's Watch begins September 7 and affects the entire complex, including common areas, walkways, parking areas, staging zones and access routes. Noise and construction vehicles are expected during the work.
