The house

The apartment accommodates four guests across two downstairs bedrooms, each with a king bed, wardrobe space and large windows. There are two full bathrooms with showers and one half bathroom, plus an in-unit washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, the living and dining area combines historic features, industrial-style finishes, hardwood floors and photographic art. It includes a lounge with a TV and a timber dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances, a microwave and a coffee maker. A separate dedicated office has unlimited high-speed NBN internet. Air conditioning, heating, a hair dryer and an iron are available.

The private rooftop terrace has alfresco dining and views over the CBD. Secure, free parking is available for one car. Degraves Lane's cafes, restaurants and boutiques are footsteps away; Flinders Street Station is a two-minute stroll, and the free tram zone is on the doorstep. Guests must climb stairs.
