Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before receiving access instructions. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets.

The apartment is on the third floor in a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is 2 km away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 13 km away.
