Parties, events and smoking are not allowed. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for an additional 35€ per stay. Before receiving the entry code, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through the payment link sent before arrival. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Standard arrivals end at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is 2 km away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 13 km away.
