Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before receiving access instructions. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A cot is available on request for an additional 35€ per stay.
Getting there
The apartment is arranged over two floors, with bedrooms on the second floor. The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is 2 km away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 13 km away.
