# Here Comes the Sun II Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 19 guests and has seven bathrooms: six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Four bedrooms have private bathrooms, one has a semi-private bathroom, and two share a bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include three king beds, one queen bed, two twin beds and three double-bottom/twin-top duo bunk sets. Level 1 contains a queen ensuite, a duo-bunk bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, laundry, and a recreation room with a pool table, a Mrs. Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game with 12 classic games, and a kitchenette with a microwave and full-size refrigerator. Level 2 contains two king ensuites, one with deck access, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with two duo bunk sets. Level 3 contains a king ensuite, a half bathroom, the great room with a gas fireplace, kitchen and dining area. Outdoor facilities include a private saltwater pool with optional heating, a hot tub, outdoor shower, volleyball, gas and charcoal grills, an outdoor cooking and seating area, and furnished decks. Five beach chairs are provided. Indoors there are multiple TVs, cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a wet bar, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board. Streaming TV is marked as new for 2027. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Four Seasons community facilities include indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools, a recreation center, gym, game room, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, shuffleboard, cornhole, a playground, soundside access and beach access. The clubhouse is directly across the street, with summer trolley pickup and drop-off there. Duck Village’s shops and dining are within walking distance. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 20 and October 6–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
