The house

Henley has lake views, an expansive garden, open living and dining spaces, and character furnishings. The main home has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a double and a single bed. A separate sleepout provides two further bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a basin, shower and toilet.

The kitchen includes an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine. The lounge has a fireplace, Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and the games room has table tennis. A washing machine, tumble dryer and BBQ are available.

The linen service supplies sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, makes the beds before arrival and strips them after departure. Pillows and duvets are provided.

The property has direct lake access and off-road parking, with room for a small boat. The boat ramp is a one-minute drive away. Tennis courts, a basketball hoop and a playground are a short walk away; Omori Store is a two-minute drive away. Glow worms can often be seen within a short walk. Whakapapa ski fields are a 45-minute drive away.
