The house

The apartment occupies the ground floor and lower-ground floor. The bright living and dining area opens onto a south-facing terrace. The open-plan kitchen has a wine refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave/oven combination, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and Nespresso capsule machine. There is one single bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor. Two lower-ground bedrooms each have a double bed approximately 180 × 200 cm, wardrobe space and a flat-screen TV; a cot can be added in either room. A second shower room with WC is on the same level. Four televisions have Smart TV functionality. The living area also has a Bose Wave system, radio, CD player, Bluetooth and an iPod docking station. Heating, a garden, garden furniture and a terrace beach chair are provided. Terrace furniture and the beach chair are available approximately April–October. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, an initial supply of essentials, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included.
