The house sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, with a queen bed and two long single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in robes. There is a bathroom on each level: a ground-floor ensuite with a shower/bath combination, toilet and vanity, and an upper-floor bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. The living area has a closed-combustion fireplace, Smart TV, games and books. Firewood is supplied from May to October only. A sea-view balcony, private courtyard and BBQ area provide outdoor spaces.
The equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. An internal laundry has a washer and dryer. Linen is provided, and the house has smoke alarms. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.
