## About the house

The house sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, with a queen bed and two long single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in robes. There is a bathroom on each level: a ground-floor ensuite with a shower/bath combination, toilet and vanity, and an upper-floor bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. The living area has a closed-combustion fireplace, Smart TV, games and books. Firewood is supplied from May to October only. A sea-view balcony, private courtyard and BBQ area provide outdoor spaces. The equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. An internal laundry has a washer and dryer. Linen is provided, and the house has smoke alarms. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.

Parking is limited to two off-street spaces.

Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and only for the guests included in the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of any changes. Pets are prohibited unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised. Forced moves in days may apply over peak times, subject to terms and conditions. Firewood is supplied from May to October only.
