House rules
No smoking or parties/events. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The house listing gives conflicting pet information: one section says pets are not permitted, while another says pets are admitted except dangerous animals. End-of-stay cleaning costs €225 per booking and the concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Linen is optional: kitchen towels €2 per booking, a towel set €7 per booking, double-bed linen €15 per booking, single-bed linen €12 per booking and a bath mat €3 per booking. An €800 refundable deposit is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Tourist tax applies; the page also says it is included in the total price. Contact the agency a week before arrival to arrange key collection and confirm arrival time. Low-season check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement.
