House rules
Maximum occupancy is nine people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require prior approval and non-refundable pet fees. Shipping packages and ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the team's local address is available on request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days incurs one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team schedules an In-Stay Refresh and processes payment. Longer stays also require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team.
Getting there
Walk-to-ski and walk-to-town access, close to the gondola at Mountain Village core. Ski shuttle service is available. A maximum of one car is permitted at the property; additional paid valet parking at The Peaks is subject to availability.
