The Carriage House and Main Inn are historic two-story buildings with no elevator. Carriage House guests must navigate several steps to reach the Main Inn for breakfast. The property has nine physical rooms and eleven booking configurations; Harrington Room and Harrington Suite share space, as do Barstow Room and Barstow Suite, and each paired configuration is unavailable when the other is booked. The Harrington Suite has a king and queen bed and accommodates up to three; the Barstow Suite has two king beds and accommodates up to four. An additional nightly charge applies to the third and fourth Barstow Suite guests.

All guests must be 21 or older; children are not allowed. No pets or companion animals are allowed. The property is smoke-free and vape-free. Leave outdoor shoes in designated foyer areas; no shoes indoors. Guests remove trash and recyclables at checkout. Self check-in is 3:00–6:00 PM only; no late arrivals. Check out by 11:00 AM. No early arrivals or late checkouts. Maximum one room per reservation; bookings must be made online by the guests staying, using their own credit card. Same-day and walk-in bookings are not accepted. The third and fourth guests in the Barstow Suite incur an additional nightly charge.
